Dale Brooks - President and Executive Director
In his role as President and Executive Director, Dale oversees and directs all aspects of the Ministries' initiatives and operations.
Prior to serving with Matthew 28 Global Ministries, he served for 12 years as Senior Minister of Administration & Finance for Richland Hills Church of Christ (RHCC) in Fort Worth, Texas. His prior work experience included financial roles in public accounting and in the real estate and oil and gas industries. He also owned and operated an educational childcare business.
He is certified as a Fellow in Church Business Administration (FCBA) after completing a specialized study program sponsored jointly by Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and the National Association of Business Administration and is also a graduate of the Stagen Leadership Institute in Dallas.
Dale co-founded the stewardship ministry at RHCC. Integral parts of that ministry were initiatives with Crown Financial Ministries (Crown) and development of an estate and gift design program for RHCC. As an outgrowth of these intiatives, he established a partnership with Lifestyle Giving to further expand the estate gift and design program - which ultimately led to successful development and launch of Matthew 28 Global Ministries.
He has completed the Lifestyle Giving Mentoring Program in estate and gift design and has been certified by Crown as a budget counselor and small group leader trainer. Under his leadership, RHCC was honored by Crown as U.S. Church of the Year for its outstanding financial management and stewardship ministries.
Dale has taught numerous biblical stewardship classes and seminars and has served as writer and developer of the concept and curriculum for the Matthew 28 Global Ministries Leadership Institute.
He graduated summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University in 1979 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He earned his CPA certification later that year.
Dale and his wife reside in North Richland Hills, Texas, and have three adult children.
